Monday all over again. May 3

Up with good sleep. IF today.


WOD: '00812': for time: 50 WBS @ 14, run 200, 40 WBS, run 200, 100' w. lunges, 30 WBS, run 200, 20 WBS, run 200, 100' w. lunges, 10 WBS, run 200. 12:31.

Feeling good today. Eating has become somewhat intuitive- but if I had to guess I'd say I've upped my fat to 2x probably.... Carbs are pretty low most days, but I eat them when I want~ 3-6B. I feel good, my skin is good, and I am sleeping better. This is a trend, I've noticed it before, when I up the fat. The sacrifice is a touch more washboard and slightly tighter ass. I am OK with all that for now :)
