Monday June 28. The bar ate me today.

Up at the usual. Few nuts on my way in.

ME Squats today. 12" box. I knew something was up when 135 + chains felt heavy. Got 6 reps in before I missed at 145 + chains. WHOA! Some days you got it, some days you don't. One had better be OK with that! Added 100 reverse hypers and 100 air squats.

Home to eat- poached eggs, brocc, coconut, few more walnuts

lunch @ 2PM. weird.
salmon, cuke and brocc salad with avocado

egg, coconut, hemp<3 :)

din- mahi, cauliflower, dark choc and walnuts
