Aahhhh...Thursday with an open weekend.... July 22

Up at 525 :)

eggy and walnuts on the way in. Not taking any chances with an empty stomach these days....

WOD: William: 21-15-9: KB DLs @ 32k, KTE, good mornings. Good one. KTEs felt good. 13min and change.

breakfast: eggs, some greek yogurt mixed with cinnamon, a few grapes, strawberries, and walnuts. The yogurt was to fill a craving- so after some talking to other various CFFM CFer's, who may or may not be in the same way of thinking these days, my choice was a 6oz Greek, total of 7g sugar/7gcarb per 6oz. (but 18g of protein- silent wow!) We had a bit (about 3oz btw the both of us) on our GF burgers last night (so good mixed with SPICY Mr. Mustard), and I finished the container for break today. Very good, and craving is gone for now. Bring on the greens! I cannot seem to get enough veggies these days and I L-O-V-E that.

Feeling good so far. :) :) :)

few nuts....

lunch- mahi lettuce wrapped tacos :) sooo good. olives, avocado, onion, and bit of salsa. new fav.

din- leftover gf burger and fish tacos. Both lettuce wrapped. :)
