WOD: Lucas: 5 rds: 10 squats, 10 muscle snatches @ 45, 10 ring dips. Well, well well....coach kept coming in to check on me....no need to really pace, since it took me 28:58!!! The ring dips are soooo my limiting factor! Oh well. Got her (him) done.

Acquiring a new (to us) piece of furniture today- a Spanish style chest that my hair stylist is selling, since he is up and moving to Key West. Enough said. ;)
lunch- salmon, asparagus, walnuts
egg, few strawberries. gotta give the tum what it wants right now to prevent potential issues.
