Up at 5AM :)

some turkey burger and few walnuts this am

WOD: Baby Angie: 45 pull ups, 45 push ups, 45 KTE, 45 squats. Took me 19:49.

Great to see so many at the gym today at 6AM!!

Home to breakfast- eggs, half a banana w/ ab (serious treat here...been thinking of PB&Js a LOT lately and this is my version...DELICIOUS), few blueberries and walnuts. Great breakfast, but not going to be able to do it all the time!

Feel great today :)

spinach salad with lemon, added 8 small shrimp and a small avocado. delicious.

had an egg about 430PM, and walnuts & macs.

broccoli and salmon before yoga.

So I went to pre-natal yoga @ 7PM. Loved it. There's a girl in there with triplets! WOW. Thank God that is NOT me ;) ;O

some 90% and a bit of ab at home with my mister :)

  1. I love the new blog sister, how cute. Plus all of the new mommy to be you. I have missed so much is crazy. I am ready to be back and in the swing, although it's going to be a rugged road starting from square 1 again. Keep up the great work. You motivate me to keep at it:)
