Good Monday Morning Friends! July 19

Up at 530 :) :) :) Ask for what you want. All I'm sayin'. ;)

WOD: Baby Helen: 3 rds: run 400m, 20 1-arm KBS @ 12K, 12 pull ups. 14:40 but really not supposed to keep time....a haaaard habit to break. I time it, but I don't push it.

Home to eat with Pauly.
eggys, grapefruit, nuts, few bites of his apple and ab.

lunch @ Jimmy Johns :) Beach Club Unwich, sans mayo & cheese. Extra avocado, add peppers and spicy mustard. A thing of beauty.

egg and nuts for snack, toss in a few blackberries. So good when they're cold out of the fridge!

din- salmon, brocc/cauli mix
