July 20, Tuesday Tuesday.

Up at 545!! :) :) :)

Egg and walnuts on the way in.

WOD: Layla: 5 rds: 10 pull ups, 10 push ups (curb), 10 squats. Thank you to TOY for helping me remember the curbs! My kind of WOD today. 10:02...but who's counting?

eggs, grapefruit, coconut, and a few macs for breakfast.

Quiet at the gym this week so far...there's been a new guy at 7AM and he asked yesterday..'where are all of the 7AMers?'

Peanut (the cat) had a Drs appt this am. I usually stress about this as much as she for this event. 'We' don't do well with carriers (most likely the fault of her mama not using them enough), so 'we' use a towel to wrap thy kittyness up and tote. This seems to work just fine. We get there and have to wait about 20 mintues in which time she buries her head in the crook of my arm. But when we got back to see Dr. Corbin she is most well behaved, even to the compliments of Doc and the assistant. Doc told us she was the best behaved patient of the day...well, it was only 1045AM....but hey!

lunch at 1230- t burg, red pepper, few Brazil nuts (need to get block count for these), avocado, pickle, mustard.

went in for an OnRamp at 5PM. Good times.

Din @ jasons'- salad bar with a side of chicken. Home to 90% and ab. Happiness.
