WOD: 'Parker': 3 rds: 20 PP @ 65, 20 squats, 20 KTE, I did T2B. Not too bad today, sub 15 min.
Home to eat, and then back to gym for demo WODs. Got dressed at gym to head to Immokalee to see a customer.
lunch at Lazanos's- Salad with chicken, some salsa, guac. Macs on the way home.
work work work. But I am thankful.
