WOD: 'Baby Nate': AMRAP 15: 4 pull ups, 4 dips, 8 push ups, 12 one arm KBS @ 12K (6 L+R). Typical me, I did not read carefully today, so I did 12 KBS each arm. If that's the worst thing that happens to me today I think I'll be alright. Got 5 rds.
home to eat- 3 eggs, few blueberries, asparagus, walnuts, 1 c. coffee.
Trade Show today. Ugh. But at least I do not have a booth. Just have to make the rounds and prolly have the same conversation over and over today ;)
