WOD: 3 rds: 20 side-to-side hurdles, 20 WBS @ 14. Yes, this one was a little sleeper~ I went with tire jumps as my side hurdles, and thought the big tire would do just fine for me. About jump 3 I realized this was not the case, and pulled the smaller tire out ;O WBS felt pretty good. Finished in about 12:50, but not really supposed to keep time- we've had this conversation.
Walked a loop with MK, stretched, and home to eat :)
It was great to see some long lost CF friends today~ welcome back guys!! Lots of folks in & out this morning, love it when there's a lot of activity at the box in the early am.
3 eggs, mixed 1/2 c. blueberries and about 10 green grapes w/ cinn (but who's counting?), walnuts.
Feeling pretty good this am, a bit tired.
lunch was homemade chicken salad w. mustard, 2 tsp greek yog, celery, celery seed, fresh thyme, scallions, walnuts. Lettuce wraps.
t burg and cooked veggies for din before yoga. home to 99% and ab~ daily (nightly) treat.
