WOD: 5 rds: Run 200m, 12 burpees. 12:15.

Stayed after to do an OnRamp.

Cranky today.(hey, I recognize) Will come out of it soon, I think...

Home to eat: 3 eggs, about 1/4 c. blueberries, some leftover veggies from last night, avocado, walnuts.

lunch- t burg, red pepper, 7 macs, half avocado.

funny how I just read my bio thing on my blog and I mentioned 'watching my body change'....and now I am watching it change AGAIN! :)

He has moved on from kidney bean to grape! :)

need to go to a viewing- ugh. Feel like I need to eat before I go-
2 eggs.

home to din- 3 eggs, spinach, 99% and ab. Lots of eggs today, all I wanted.

    Last night I ordered "The Primal Blueprint Cookbook" and "The Paleo Diet for Athletes" from B&N online. Eric has a membership so B&N will overnight the books to me free of charge. I will bring them to the box for you to peruse during the next HERO WOD. Will you be there?
