Today is the day I have a 30 minute phone consult scheduled with Robb Wolf. For the 3+ years I have been Crossfitting, and the 2+ years I have been Paleo/Zoning, RW has been someone I have looked up to- I have followed his advice and gleaned any tidbit of information I could from his website, and more recently, his podcasts. I have always wanted to be a fly on his wall for a day just to get his keen words of advice on my training, nutrition, recovery, and overall well being and longevity. Now, finally, I have the call set. And for the 30 minutes I have allotted to me, I need and want information on behalf of my mother's bone health and Paul's aunt, who has cancer. Funny how things work out. I hope I am not a bumbling idiot!
I just got off the phone with RW. That was so cool for me! I am now in a position to improve my mother's health and longevity...IF she's open to stop eating grains and dairy. Amazing how Paleo fixes just about any problem there is...
lunch- lettuce wrapped salmon tacos w. a bit of greek, salsa, olives, avocado, scallions. So good.
