no snack
WOD: 5 rds: 12 DL @ 32k, 12 push ups. I decided to up the ante a bit today, went with 95lb DLs. They felt fine- I did have a little bit of cramping post WOD, but it has happened before, and goes away in about 5-10 minutes. Maybe from increased blood flow? Will ask on CFMom. Took me 13:15.
few walnuts when I got home from gym
3 eggs, bacon, raspberries, little bit of broccoli
lunch- homemade chicken salad with avocado and mustard, a red pepper.
not feeling too sporty this afternoon.
