WOD: 5 rds: 3 HPC+J @ 65, 5 pull ups, 7 push ups, 10 squats. Not too bad today- 11:11. Me likey the "3-5-7" :)

Getting ready for a week long meeting in Sanibel this week for work. I get to be the local bird, and I am thankful. So close to home, but yet I have to stay out there with the group- Sundial. Getting a preggo massage on Wednesday. Hope to come home after meetings Thursday. Back at box Friday.
lunch- t burg, red pepper, avocado, few olives
din at Sundial- raw veggies, shrimp, chicken, grouper. Back in room to 90% and nuts :) Miss my mister already.
