Tuesday at Sundial

Up at 330AM......

WOD: 10 rds: 10 walking lunges, 10 push ups.  Alternated lunges with a 25lb plate.  Did 20 lunges on the unweighted sets.  Had a training buddy this am, also.

breakfast: well, of all trips for me to not bring any prepped protein, there was nothing but fruit and muffins in the meeting room. Had some fruit and a lot of hot tea. Finally at about 1030AM I grabbed a protein bar from a co-worker.  Damn dirty protein bar, but you gotta be able to adjust.

lunch- big salad with burger patty and few bites of chicken. Back in room to catch up on email, do the blog, and grab some nuts.
