WOD: 15 min AMRAP: Run 400m, 5 DLs @ 95lbs. Went against the CFMom grain, by doing barbell DLs, but they still feel good, and I kept it light. I got 4 rds, with about 2:15 left, so I ran a 200m and got the 5 DLs to make a baby rd 5.
home to eat, finally got hungry about 845AM-
