Friday!! January 21

Sleep is really getting a bit sketchy- up at 130, 330, then 5AM.

Handful of blueberries and walnuts this morning

WOD: 21-18-15-12 pull ups alt with 20-16-12-8 squats.  No time today.

Lower body is pretty sore- hamstrings and right hip.  Will try to get some stretch time in with Pauly today/this weekend.

eggs, avocado, blueberries.  few nuts
