WOD: 200m farmers walk @ 25's, max rep pull ups, 200m farmers walk, max rep push ups. Max rep is kind of a joke these days!! Got 6 pulls, and 12 push ups- added a few more of each. Then went to presses: 5x45, 5x5x65, 5x70, 5x75, 5x80.
