Up and some coffee.
Breakfast- 3 egg whites, 1/2 apple, pecans.
Church to pray.
Lunch- chicken, cuke, pepper, 1/2 apple, pecans.
Up on my fats already, but I feel a little hungry....am trying to keep it clean today.
Football and nap; supposed to be packing for a trip to CA this week. Nap overrules!
Snack415- chicken, nuts.
Hot tea to fill and rumble the belly.
Din- chicken, brocc, 1 plum tomato, avacado, pecans.
10-4-40....so far! Not sure about snackola.
