Up on my fats already, but I feel a little hungry....am trying to keep it clean today.
Football and nap; supposed to be packing for a trip to CA this week. Nap overrules!

Way to stay clean this weekend girl! I did pretty well not 100%, but hey it's much better than last weekend for sure. It's gonna suck all week w/o you to push my ass. I'll have to suck it up and hold down the fort while you're away.

I slept in on Friday till 5:15 and made a big BF for the boys stead of hitting the gym but did a little WOD at open gym... now I have to get the run in before 100 burpees are demanded!!!! i see you are headed out of town this week... are you here for Sat WOD? We need to talk about a CF TOTAL Party, are you available by cell while in Cali?
