Thursday October 16

Up with better sleep, coffee and snack of chicken and almonds.
1-0-5.

WOD @ Crossfit Silicon Valley: Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1. Not my 'best event', but glad to get the practice. Finished at 85lbs, I think already my 1RM. Really focused on the 'jump shrug', engaged shoulders, and hook grip. There was a warm up of: run 400m, then 2 rds. of 10 each: push ups, OHS with pvc, pull ups, V ups, and GHD hypers. I learned a cool shoulder stretch with the pvc, too. The owner, Judd Xavier, was there helping me with my snatch form.

I am still dealing with increased bf and bw issues. I do not think it's my body's cyclic functions. I am beginning to get a little confused about my higher fat intakes, wondering if that's my problem. I am experimenting with cutting back on daily fat, and getting a little bit closer to normal Rxd carbs. Help!

Breakfast: 3 poached eggs, 1/2 apple, orange, avacado, 1B almonds.
3-3-6.

Lunch- salad with some fish, and small pc. of steak, apple, almonds.
3-2-9.

Snack- chicken, small salad, avacado.
1-1-2.

Din- tuna sushi sans rice, turkey, spinach, ginger, a few artichoke hearts and roasted peppers, olives (salty!! so I refrained from most)
4-1-4.
