Tuesday October 21

Up with good sleep and snack of chicken and nuts.
1-0-5.

WOD: 50 jumping pull ups, then 5 rds. of: 5 DL's (183 lbs) and 10 burpees. My form was less than stellar on the dl's, but I am aware of it and committed to correcting it. The 183 was heavy for me this am...I think I could have warmed up a little more! Extra work this am: 40 handstand pushups, and ran 1 mile which wraps up my extra running for the week. Shout out to MK for killing it.

Breakfast: egg whites with scallop, chicken, apple, nuts.
3-2-9.

Lunch- chicken, red pepper, 1/2 apple, nuts.
3-2-9.

Snackola- fish, walnuts.
1-0-4.

I am tired this afternoon, been going all day and I think the WOD is kicking in....need a nap!

Din- salmon, eggplant, brocc/cauli, nuts.
3-2-9.

Snack- egg, 1 slice apple, 4B nuts.
1-0-4.
