Tuesday, October 28. Boo.

Up with spotty sleep, coffee. Snack of chicken and walnuts.
1-0-5.

Chilly this morning. It actually feels like fall. Amazing.

WOD: MW: Row 1000m, then 7rds. of: 7 Power Snatches, 7 OHS (53lbs); run 800m.
Felt pretty good on snatches, still need to work on jump shrug. OHS were a little more challenging than what I would have liked, but by the 4th rd. they got a little better. Me and MK finished together today at 17:51. Nice.

Breakfast: hb eggs, apple, nuts.
3-2-9.

Lunch- salad with cuke and red pepper, added chicken, eggplant, avacado, few nuts.
3-2-9.

Snack- chicken and nuts.
1-0-4.

Din- Salmon, cauli, cooked spinach, avacado.
4-2-6.

12-6-33.
