Wednesday November 26

Up and coffee; snack of egg and walnuts.

WOD: Row 1000m, 50 power snatches, 30 burpees for time. Snatches are getting better, still need practice! Good one. Ran 2mi pwo with MK to wrap up my 5 for the week. Will likely be doing something of the like (more running?) over the holiday....

Breakfast: eggs, grapefruit, walnuts.

Getting ready to get on the road to head to my mother's. I am so excited for the holiday....you prolly won't hear back from me until Sunday or so.

My thoughts are with you all during this season of gratitude. I hope you all have a blessed Thanksgiving.

  1. We missede you this am girl, you would've killed it--lots of body weight stuff. I'm sure you hit it hard on your own, and if not...good you deserve the rest!! Hope you are enjoying the time with the fam and I'll see you on Monday!!
