Up and coffee, snack of egg and pecans.
1-0-5.

WOD: love it: AMRAP in 20: Start with 10 squats, run 200m, 10 pushups. Add 10 to each set of squats and pu's. Good one! Extra work: back squats: ended at 135lbs for 5, total of 23 reps.

Breakfast: eggs, apple, pecans.
3-2-9.

Lunch- chicken, eggplant, tangerine, avacado, few pecans.
3-2-9.

Snack- egg, pecans
1-0-3.

Din- salmon, brocc, avacado, marinara, pecans.
3-2-9.

11-6-35 so far...snack to follow I am sure. Headed into the garage to glitter pinecones!!
