Went to the gym at 630 to work on power cleans. 10 sets of 10.
My mental focus is a little suspect, at best. My ma-in-law prolly thinks I'm kookoo- she asked me what my mother got me for Christmas and I couldn't even remember! I'll be blaming that on lack of food. ;)
1150- first meal: hb eggs, greens smoothie, spinach, walnuts.
3-2-10. Aaahhhhhh. Better now.
230- snack of egg and walnuts.
1-0-6.
315- second meal: chicken, spinach (I am over it for the day), little cuke, avacado, walnuts.
3-1-13.
500snack- chicken, walnuts.
1-0-8.
730dinner- chicken, collards, avacado
3-1-8. few nuts.

Hey girl I'm back! Flew in this afternoon and ended up crashing once we got home. Hopefully I'll see you at the gym in the am. I'm going to get my butt kicked but gotta get back in it!!
