Thursday December 18.....Annie & one week out!

Up early to surprise MK at 5AM class. Coffee and snack of egg and walnuts.
1-0-3.

WOD: Row 3 min for max cals; rest 3 min; 'Annie' : 50-40-30-20-10 double unders and sit ups. 9:15. Subtract total cals as secs off of Annie time. Cals were 53, could have been better- should be avg. 20 cals/min....8:22 when it's all said and done; I'm OK with that for now! Shout out to MK for kicking those du's.....nice work, girl!

Breakfast: white omelet with spinach, eggplant, greens smoothie w/ fresh strawberries, walnuts.
Delicious.

Lunch- turkey, eggplant, brocc, cuke, pepper, avacado.
3-1-5.

215-egg and need to finish my fats- nuts.
1-0-10.

din- salmon, brocc, avacado, pepper, 1 plum tomato, raw carrots, nuts.
3-2-15.

  1. Hey girl! You are the one that killed it yesterday. Thanks for coming at 5am that was awesome! You rock. Things are going well here. Lots of snow coming today YEAH!!
