Monday January 5

Up with the short sleep. I'll be focusing on keeping my usual 7hrs solid. That's all I can do for now. Snack of egg and walnuts.

WOD: Flippin' Metcon Monday: 3 rds. of: Run 800, row 800. Coach only kept the first round, which I will take as a final birthday gift. 6:30. Kate, once again, you are FAST. It's those legs....
But, my time today beat my last time (12/15/08) by 15 secs, so I'll take it.

Breakfast: usual: 3 hb eggs, 1/2 apple, eggplant. walnuts.
3-2-12. Went 3x fat here.

It was great to have all of 6AM back today, and I hear we have a new blogger on board,
the B Man himself- GO BRENNAN. I am excited to read a new blog! (no offense to my girls).

I am trying to stop worrying so much about my body and the 'small stuff'. The bf issue is making me tired. Hence, QUIT. This will take a little practice, so I will need support from my peeps! I am, however, pumped to come into 2009 with Coach's new plans and the track to get stronger.

Lunch- 1B salad with chicken and avacado, walnuts.

snack- chicken, walnuts.

din- chicken, spinach, brocc, avacado from Kate(delicious!), nuts.



  1. Yes I am still doing 2 to 3 X the fat and sometimes a little more than 3 BL protein but still keeping the carbs at 3 bl (and usually only 2 BL) will have to work on the carb loading/IF ing in my routine (since this takes some extra planning) esp since I am trying a "new" workout schedule that will hopefully help me with my sleep issues. Did you try the chocolate yet?
