FRIDAY! Nuff said.

Coffee and egg, nuts.
1-0-6.

WOD: Barbara: 5 rds: 20 pull ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats. Had a time to beat of 36:08, finished in 33:33 today. I'll take it for now, but I need to work on my pull ups. I am tired and so ready for the weekend. Way to be to MK for really turning the page today....and to Mariel for staying tough- I can see you getting stronger, girl...and you are getting leaner day by day- NICE WORK.

Breakfast- 2 hb eggs, steak, avocado, eggplant, nuts.
3-1-15.

lunch- chicken, brocc, orange pepp, nuts.
3-2-13.

snack- chicken, avocado.
1-0-6.

1-0-6.

din- Jasons Deli. Paul told me 'you never cheat, baby'...and I agreed and was weary of the fact. Took some hits off his yogurt cone at JD, then home to 1/2 pear w/ pb (FOR SHAME!) and some dark chocolate...delicious 85% from MEarth.

  1. Nice work on Barbara today you have really been putting up some great numbers its awesome! I am so ready for the weekend and chilling with the boys and family. I will miss Jason but he and JBrod are going to bring us back some good stuff. Funny how the gym is closed on J's birthday... how did he pull that one off!
