WOD: For time: 50 jump squats (33), run 400, 50 KTE, 50 KBS (20K), 50 walking lunges, row 500m. The flipping squats were tough! As always, the KBS can suck it. Finished 17 something. Did 50 hypers for extra work.

home to egg, few walnuts
meal 2- chicken, red pepper, avocado, nuts
meal 3- turk burg, cuke+ onion+ avocado+ red pepper+black olives+cider vinegar= deliciousness
