Up with good sleep. IF today

WOD: Push Jerk 5x3: 85% of 1RM (@106lbs): 108-113-113-113-113. Working on getting my donkey kick to a minimum. Added a few more T2Bs, 35.

So glad to be back in my routine, because I AM a creature. Really OK with being comfy being comfy this week.
