WOD: AMRAP 20: Row 1K once, then: 20 SDLHPs @ 63, 10 burps (about 16min worth). OK let me just say now that this WOD SUCKS. I'm sorry if you're reading this and haven't done it yet~I don't mean to frighten you. But for me, this one involved monkey you-know-whats. HUGE hollah to MK for going with 85lbs in this beyotch. Got 5 rds plus 3 burps.
breakfast- 3 fried eggs, chicken, cooked veges, avocado, few nuts. A thing of beauty.
Headed out today for a little business trip~ miss all the peeps, but will be blogging from there...

lunch on the road- literally- chicken, eggs, red pepper, brocc, nuts
dinner- not a good one. Ordered broiled grouper, got something in a few little strips that I blotted all the butter off of, salad as a side. Added a piece of chicken, cuke, brocc, nuts. No flipping clue how much/many.
