WOD: 'No Slop': 4x 100m sprints w/ 30 sec rest; then 20 CNJs @ 85; 4x 100m sprints. This was a good one today, esp since my whole body hurts. Managed a 10:38 today. Did I mention 'WHERE IS FRIDAY?' Hung out with MK to go over some 101 stuff. Coming back in tonight for skills work, either HSPU's or rings~ hhmmm....can't decide just yet~ and likely my T2Bs.
