WOD: Speed Squats 10x2 @ 60% 1RM, 30sec rest: 105lbs. Presses 1's or 1RM: warm up then: 90-95f-95f-90-90. No way was I getting to my PR today, so I guess I need to suck it up. I just said yesterday to TOY, 'not every day is a PR'. Boy do I know that. Move on kitty. Then the WOD 'Jelly': 5 rds: Run 400, 25 KBS @ 16K. Left it at 16K since I felt like I need a bit of recovery. 13:51. I am beat.
MK and I leave today for West Palm, so this is our Friday. Sectionals kickoff this weekend, and I get the honor of being with her and supporting her as an athlete and friend for the next few days. The boys come over Friday night. I can feel the excitement building by now, actually for the last few days :) MK: YOU ARE A ROCK STAR and you will finish STRONG! Nothing but a few WODs, girl. Just like old times. YOU SO GOT THIS.

meal 1- eggs, asparagus, yellow squash, brocc/cauli, walnuts. Boy was that ever good.
Off to prep food for the weekend. it ain't easy being paleo! ;) Just took Friday off as vaca day- yippee!! :)
